SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will generally be processed within one to five (1 – 5) business days, but may take up to ten (10) business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Pre-order, backorder and made to order items will have an extended processing time, which is listed on the product description, as well as on our FAQ Page. These times are subject to change.
Please note the following: 
Your desired shipping method goes into effect when your order is fulfilled. 
If you select “USPS Priority” 1, 2 or 3 day shipping, it does not guarantee you will get these items in those time periods. This IS NOT expedited shipping. Instead, the postal service has renamed their priority mail services, but does not guarantee that these services will deliver in the time stated. Again, this IS NOT expedited shipping.

“In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2 or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination and drop-off time. The expected delivery data does not come with a money-back guarantee.”
Domestic:
You will receive an email from Sidewalk with a delivery confirmation number, indicating that your order has been shipped. Orders shipping via USPS should arrive within three (3) to seven (7) business days. If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of shipping, please email us with your name, account email address and order number, and we will file a claim with a third party insurance provider.
International:
USPS/DHL
Standard international shipments can take up to 8 weeks to arrive at their destination, but generally will arrive within a week. International orders may have customs charges attached depending on the country that they are imported to. Please be advised that we do not oversee these charges and have no control over them, nor can we quote them during the checkout process at this time.
Lost International Shipments: If you haven’t received your order within 45 days of shipping, please email us with your name, account email address and order number, and we will file a claim with a third party insurance provider.
